There are many players who have considered changing their family names, and plenty more users who have forcefully had them changed, due to them breaking the ToS. It can be a real issue for someone who wants to change their family name, but feel reluctant to do so knowing that the engraving on their gear will hold the old family name. This name change, should only be available on self-enhanced PEN gear, as the title implies, so that pieces of PEN gear we have acquired from other adventurers will still retain the family name of said adventurer.

Let me know what you guys think about this suggestion. I think this should've been a feature ever since the beginning of the game.
