There aren't many DP players in BDO, we all know that. But nevertheless, they are here even if they tend to be overlooked in many Contents.

For example AoS (no real DP gear), capped Sieges (no other cap for a DP player to choose from)....
Also, there are quite a few shortcomings where the game design failed us. Things that can be easily fixed.

Here is a List of things that need to change for DP Players in 2023:
-make golden evasion Rings or allow us to add cups to green accessories
-make a boss dp offhand or let us add garmoths heart to green offhands
-highen DP caps to 600. Most ap players can easily reach the highest DP cap and get all the %DR while more DP doesn't really matter the same way. Meanwhile, AP caps go way higher than players can reach right now.
-add a different Cap to Sieges that DP players can choose. Instead of caping both ap and dp, allow for a higher dp cap and lower any offensive stat even more. Right now everything gets dumped down to the same stats, so player deal the same dmg and get the same dmg overall. But as a DP player you whole playstyle is impossible without the tankyness to back it up. So let us choose if we want to deal dmg and be equal tanky, or be tankier and deal even less dmg.
-add more items to AoS to choose from. Oc it would not be good if a player becomes "unkillable" in that setting, but some players would prefer a little more tankyness even in small-scale fights of the arena.
-creat a DP Cronmeal with DR, Eva, Special Evasion, max HP and Stamina as stats or allow to delete/overwrite cronmeal buffs to start foodbuff rotation
-add a new NPC Buff that is better for DP players than the 100HP. Maybe 2% special att evasion for 30min
Problems that might arise:
-Some classes have strong defensive passives (like striker/mystic) that allow them to build hybrid. So they are tanky while still being able to kill others with ease. A solution might be to get rid of those very strong passives and instead give better stats to DP accessories, so it is a choice if you want to play a DP playstyle or an offensive playstyle.
I am sure I didn't think of anything that would be a good thing to change and I would love to hear more ideas of DP Players that would help their play style. Cause over the last years more and more ap and acc items were added to deal more dmg, but besides the new River Necklace (which came with Serendia Elvia) nothing DP exclusive was added. The DP add-on on the Alchystones is for everyone, and with no more DP caps to reach, it's basically without meaning to DP players, while it pushes AP players closer to the final DP cap.

Higher DP Brackets would not widen the gab between players right now. AP players don't build over 401 DP right now anyway and to get higher they will need to start giving up ap or acc to reach that. It will give players more choices in gearing, but won't really change the balancing between ppl with lower and higher gear at all.

Good Job bringing more Items for AoS. Maybe somebody else can judge how useful this will be in the fights.
