Hello,
There are two differents things related to guilds that are annoying me at the moment, and that would be fixed with small changes.
1) Only guild master and officer can start a guild quest. Any member should be able to start it, as anybody can participate and most veterans can do large or extra large alone. There is alredy a timer on the quest itself, and the quest are refresh quite fast, witch increase the probability of missing one, because you could'nt start it due time. Additionaly there are server bound, witch means one of the officiers have to stop was (s)he was doing, to come to your server and start it for you. An easy fix would be to allow everybody to start it and eventually add a button for the officier to confirm/cancel it.
2) Anoying guild notification for everything your guilds members are doing : profession and lvl alerts, enhancing ( even naru and tuvala), guilds quests,ect. When you are in a big guild, especially at season start, you can get a notification every second. I don't care about the fact that X successfuly enhanced naru gloves to PRI,the DUO,then TRI,then DUO again,ect. Likewise, I would be happy to ignore that Y reached apprentice in cooking. If its a pen BS or a guru 50 , chance are that he or she will brag about it in guild chat anyway. I have disabled all notification from my side, why am I forced to see the ones coming from the others ? Please PA, add an new option in the notification settings panel to ignore guilds notifications.

1) I don't agree with that suggestion. I can already see evil intentions, where someone starts all 10 quests and cancels them, leaving the guild with no available quests.

That's a good remark. But the confirmation button that I have sugested will circonvent that. In any case, just re-increment the counter, when you cancel a guild quest, and the problem will be solved too.
