Just wondering if anyone has received a response from PA Support (support.pearlabyss.com) since they took over and, if so, what the wait time was.
Personally, I have not received a response to any requests. The oldest being 15 days old, as of today.
I have 3 tickets that says "OPENED", lmao, I'm sure they just read my issues and then said, nah.

Canned automated replies. And no action on the tickets at all.
I've submitted 3 tickets and all 3 were the same replies from different GMs. Copy-paste Copy Paste...
This last one didn't even read my question. They just spat the same info at me that I stated I already knew in my inquiry.
I had a ticket open for 20 days with no status update or even a copy pasted reply.
I closed it on my own cause i cba to wait for another 20 days.

Day 22 for me. They've answered but considering it has to do with the OTP settings on my main account, they want me to log into that account and send a ticket! LMAO. I don't think I've ever hit my head so hard on a keyboard before.
any update on response?
None at all. The first week or two PA apologized a couple times about slow response time, they've been silent since with absolutely no improvement.
