Crystal Presents - why only five presents familywide for all characters? (crystal revamp)

I stopped investing in this game when Oasis gear was discontinued. I returned in December of 2022 and made a one time purchase. Just started to revamp my characters and the whole system reset yet again.
Why do you folks continue to chase away paying customers with this confusing and senseless change in game play that offers no value to the player's experience. Even the changes in Loyalty shop take away useful items replacing them with more trash loot.
I've once again Lost interest in playing BDO within a month of returning.

im 689 gs and i need only 1 PVE crystal setup, BUT with the new thing, I will have a tanky PVE set and glass cannon, maybe a 3rd or 4th with resistance.
And that's at least 3 more sets than i had for over couple years lol.
The update is good, with time they will increase it I'm sure.
Wanna say something now? Buying presents and crystal slots with money? What a good update that was!

99.5% of the palyers don't need even the 5 presets. While in your terms it's a downgrade you are an extreme minority here.

So sad: this is basically what my brother said about this game. Getting him to log in anymore is like pulling teeth......
