I love the new crystal presets but the values shown in the applied crystal effects are incomplete. For example, I have two BON Glorious Crystal of Honor - Special Evasion and 4 HAN Hooms. This should give me a total of 520 Max HP and the effects are correctly applied in the game. However the Applied Crystal Effects only show 100 Max HP, everything from the HAN Hooms seems to be missing, not only the set bonus effects but also the 120HP from the crystals itself. In fact, it looks like the HAN Hooms are ignored completely in that window. Same applies to the other set effects like the additional 2% crit damage from the corrupted magic crystals. . I would be extremely helpfull if the Applied Crystal Effects would actually show all the crystal effects that are applied.
Noticed that too. I've sent a ticket a couple days ago about it but no reply yet
Anything that is applied as a result of a Set Effect will show in the set effects UI. It does not show on the crystal effects UI because that only shows the raw stats of all the crystals applied.
For the stats your Hooms are providing, refer to the Set Effects UI.

It is not only the set effects that are missing but the base Hoom Stats as well. Nonetheless, it is just bad UX to not have everything in one place.

Base hoom stats are not even in the set effects UI

The base hoom stats included in the Applied stats on the left. Just check the "All Resistance" to confirm this.
The set effect of Hooms is, as the name suggests, a set effect, and thus is not part of the applied effects, but a set effect and listed in the UI showing these.
There even is a tooltip telling you where you can check the set effects, which implies they are not shown in the UI that you have open there.
