Ease up the tagging restrictions...

Title: Ease some of the tagging restrictions on fishing and some other things

Suggestion/Comments: Please, ease up some of the tagging restrictions. For example, its impossible to switch to tag when on Great Desert or Margoria.
Also, another big issue is trade items. I mainly lifeskiller and ocassionally grind. My main character is Shai, but sometimes i want to grind with Ranger or Corsair with the same gear. My main issue is that due to tag restriction, i'm literally unable to do fishing on them, because fish is a trade item. Also the fact during gathering i cant do anything with the trading items that i get (Kermes i.e). There is also the issue of imperial delivery, but i think that one is manageable since you can sell the boxes.
My deal breaker is not be able to imperial delivery fish or sell fish at all. If that could be changed, i would love because it literally makes me unable to play with my gear in a 2nd character. I have tons of Marni's Fuel sitting.

Allowing tagged characters to deliver their trade items and fish would be a simple thing to do. Just completely restrict access to the paired character if one has trade items in inventory, be they fish, kermes bugs or over 9000 azalea crates. No game abuse can take place then, I think.
