Title: Improvement to Guild Payout Points System

Suggestion/Comments: The current addition to Guild Masters managing the payout points easier is a nice addition however I do think that some changes are needed in order to make it perfect. Below I will list some changes that can improve the system.
| There are currently 10 Guild Quests per day and the limit of submitting points should be increased from 2 to at least a minimum of 5. |
| The points max limit is currently set to 100. It could be increased to 500 to each Guild Master can determine how many points are for each category and create their own system with freedom. The Node War category should be still the same or increased to the new max. |
