Improve cursor. Make it pass through and more visible. Eliminate accidents like leaving guild during grind etc.

I think mouse misscliks during grind are a problem for a lot of people,

at least for the classes that have skills navigated by mouse like berserker, nova etc.

Edit: Since there have been some confusion in the comments. This topic is not about mouse navigatable skills and whether they are bad od good.

It is about making navigation in the skills that offer it, to be more userfriendly.

Little backstory:

Recently I watched my sister play LOL and naviagate her skills - she could click through all GUIs(menus) on the screen and apply her clicks directly to the terrain. I was like Wooooaaah you can actually do this, why BDO does not have that? Cause the first impression in BDO is that you play Fruit Ninja trying to click on the terrain while avoiding all bombs in the form of chat menu, minimap, hp bar, skill logs etc. So I started to focus on this aspect more and came to some conclusions:

Currently

There are parts of the GUI that you can click through e.g. skill cooldowns(at least those customable ones) because there are some things you definitely dont want to click on simply because you are unable to achieve anything by doing so.

Firstly easy problems

Some other examples of stuff you dont achieve anything by clicking would be:

- images in "skill log"
- customizable HP bar
Sure they are small but add a lot of those and my small screen becames a saper game. Those could be solved like images in skill cooldown slots - just make us able to click throught them as if they werent there.

Now the rest of the problems that can have multiple solutions

1. things you most likely dont want to click on during your grind:
- minimap in top right corner
- chat window, except for maybe switching tabs(but should be very rare)

- quests in your main quest widget
- skill points, energy, contrubution points tooltips
- Value Pack, Kamasylve's Blessing etc. tooltips

2. there are some disturbing issues while grinding like:
- making a keycombo and accidentaly leaving your guild
- accidentaly claiming stuff from black spirit safe
- deleting emails
- forfeiting quests
- and just loosing your time by the necessity to first exit the accidental menu and then figure out if your cursor disappeared or is still somewhere on the screen.

3. I often have problems with quickly noticing where my cursor is on the screen during grinding after pressing "Ctrl"

(my screen is quite small and my eyesight from constant playing bdo is also becoming damaged)

SOLUTIONS/SUGGESTIONS :

a)  Detect if currently running skill is navigatable one and let our clicks pass through all of 1

b)  Introduce new kind of cursor, a "Battle cursor". One that could pass through everyting and only works for moving your character and navigating your skills.
It would surely pass through chat window, minimap etc. (1)
but could also pass through your guild/mail/rewards menu as well, solving (2). This way you could grind with some menus opened e.g. maid menu while you wait for your maid cooldown to go down, inventory menu while you are observing your weight/amount of loot, and not losing space on the screen to fit your terrain clicks.

You may be able to switch between those 2 cursors quickly by some "shift + F<number>" or bind it to "Alt + <something>"

c)  Introduce an option to make your cursor quickly go from big to small and have some disctinct(violet?/customizable) color shortly after pressing "Ctrl", solving 3 and last part of 2.

Complaints about how you need to deal with those problems right now:

To solve 1 you need to have precise hand movements like CS player or a surgeon. To solve 2 you can rebind keys like "G" and "B" into something unusable so that evasion of you keyboard does not cause too much harm while grinding or buy a gaming keyboard. And to solve 3 you need to remember where in each part of your rotation expect your cursor to be left(e.g. bottom right part of the screen) and begin your search in that area of the screen first.

Removing those clicks wont change problems with desynchronization. Since you still have directional dashes/teleports from your 'wsad' and long flies of Lahn and very new Woosa that are navigatable middleflight by wsad and mouse and are currently one of the selling points for new classes.

Reason of desyinc is exploiting point to move to change direction/range of skill, how removing it won't fix desync ?

Exploits maybe positive for you as exploiter, but they are kinda harmfull for the rest...

That is only a tiny part of a wide desync problem. Since desynchronization(unless this word somehow became used only for problems with mouse movements) also inludes being brought out of your Invincibilty and SA, not to mention that in those cases your skill is being canceled by server but it does not return your cooldown, so you are left CDed and also without your skill for the next X secods....
So dont say it like mouse clicks are source of all evil.
And since it is fully supported mechanics that developers went out of their way to let you change direction and position of a skill by mouse click then it is not an "exploit" but a mechanics.

That you dont like it since it poses some additional problems at pvp is your problem. But I believe it needs balance between attractivness of being able to change skill midflight and how problematic it is for the opponents - I believe current state is good enough to not remove it altogether and you are free to make additional topic with propositions of changes.

All in all this is not a topic about whether mouse navigatable skills should undergo changes.

It is about changes in the mouse navigating itself.

They should be locked it to being moving to marker an not affect skills, the affecting skills is the issue. If MM was just for moving thats it , then it would be fine since people do have conditions that stop them being able to hold down keys for any length of time.  The bugginess with it right now should be fixed if it can't be my suggestion stands an would be a major improvement
