With the latest patch, the combat and skill Mercenary's Experience has been merged into a new yellow-grade item. The only issue with this is that it looks too similar to the 600% version and may cause players to activate the wrong one. 

Previously, it was easy to differentiate the standard Mercenary's Experience and the 600% version by their colour grade, however this is not possible anymore. Please change the new standard scroll to blue-grade.

Might I recommend an alternative? Make the 600% scroll red, because it's so sexy like that ;)
