The game is almost unplayable for me right now due to huge server rubber banding.

I'm able to move and do attacks normally but when I hit mobs they die over a minute after I hit them. It's like everything I do isn't reaching server side and I'm playing with like a minute long ping delay.

My internet is fine, I'm wired to ethernet and I have no problems going on the internet and playing other MMOs completely fine. I was playing BDO earlier last night without any issues. I woke up early and started playing and had this issue.

I've also been getting the black screen after character select issue. I can just spam ESC on the black screen and eventually it takes me to the loading screen, but I think there's just a server issue with BDO at the moment. Is anyone else encountering the same issue? Or is there a known fix for this on my end?

I'm playing on the EU Server the current time is 6:40 AM and logging into the Season server 2. 

I recommend trying to connect with a VPN. Maybe you have some routing issues that affect the connection to the BDO servers.

Clearly your internet is not fine then since other players don't have such issue.

The problem comes from your configuration/internet connexion. We have no problems here.
