720 GS players currently dont have to do anything. You log in play few RBF, Roaming in Arsha you grind relaxed. This catch up is good, but newbie guy with TET boss gear which he can obtain after season is still far far away. He will need 1000-1500 hours more to reach this 680-700 GS to be competetive. 95% players who joined season will not finish first Jetina gear's piece not even talk about Pen accesorry..

So they have:

2000 titles

over 650 energy

over 430 CP

over 10 000 family fame

over 10 000 points mobs knowledge (also all bosses S)

over 30 000 quest done

all treasures (also nol and merchant ring)

all manos clothes pen and all manos acc pen

1-4 carrack with +10 blue gear

forest wagon with +10 gear

elephant with all skills and +10 blue gear

all dream horses and also both dream t10 with yellow +10 gear

10x guru 50 life skills.

I agree with you, even if making all of this would be insane, any player should pick some of these objectives. 

To Equben : you can be 720 GS and still have many things to do in the game. It's not like there's nothing to do in BDO at 720GS, but if a player decides to rush for his gear only, well... That's his choice! You can't expect devs to focus only on this aspect, and some aspects have been waiting for a long, long time... (trading, anyone?) 

Yes you can have no doubts. But its only for fun most of players care only about their gear. Knowledge of mobs, bosses, 30k quests done will not give me any power in pvp so for me its waste of time.

Sure. But you can't say that 720 GS have nothing to do. 

This is objectively true.  But I can speak of my experience so far and it's not the brightest of days.

I started BDO in 2016 at launch and couldn't get into it at first.  After quitting for some time, I came back during the Mediah expansion and got sucked in.  IDK what changed, really, but I got hooked on this game.  Be it the beauty of the world, the level of fun playing and learning Sorc, the progression and learning the game, all those things contributed, but for me, the number one thing that got me hooked on BDO was the PvP.  I came from a tab target MMO, but as someone who grew up on games like Double Dragon, Streets of Rage and various fighting games like SF, Virtua Fighter, Soul Calibur, etc., BDO's combat in PvP was so refreshing, fun, challenging, and - despite the game engine flaws - I found great motivation to grind PvE mobs in order to be stronger and more competitive for PvP.

My gear has been around average or slightly below average, when comparing to the top players.  Not among the top geared, but not an absolute gearlet, for the majority of my time playing.  Right now, I am 309 AAP / 412 DP with a IV Dawn earring, triple V Blackstar, Leebur's + Muskan's build.  I opted for V BS because I do spend the vast majority of my time grinding mobs as my gaming schedule is more restricted nowadays and I don't seek Open World PvP nearly as much during th Mediah / Valencia era, yet V BS is still viable for PvP as well, which is why I opted for it.  Anyways, I need one more PEN accessory to get to a huge goal of mine that I set years ago during Mediah / Valencia days....and that is full PEN everything (without compromising for sub-par accessories like Ronaros or Narcs [Narcs on Sorc, LuL]).  This one accessory will require me to grind another 100+ billion silver.

But you see, it seems like everyday that goes by, I find less and less motivation to play.  I'm only interested in combat, so mob grinding and PvP, and have tried lifeskilling many times, but it just isn't for me.  I've given lifeskilling an honest shot multiple times, but, for me, is so uninteresting and boring, that lifeskilling honestly makes me want to rage lol, IDK, combat is soothing, relaxing, and fun for me and lifeskilling (like gathering or huntng) makes me angry for some weird reason.  I can grind mobs for hours on Sorc, but can't stand active lifeskilling for more than 15 minutes.

BDO, to me, is all about combat.  Nowadays, however, nearly all forms of organized PvP is capped.  2/3 sieges are capped, most node wars are gear capped.  I can only node war once a week and my guild doesn't participate in T4's, so the only organized PvP I play in invalidates my gear by forcing me into a capped GS -- rendering my time and effort useless.  And I've spent a LOT of time grinding mobs for this gear, while my gear isn't much compared to people like Choice and FakeUni, the amount of effort, patience, and grind I put for my gear is the most I've ever done in any video game in my life.  And with gear caps, all that effort seems useless.

GVG is my favorite form of PvP in BDO.  It builds closeness between the guild, rivalries with other guilds can be fun, and competitiveness is just fun if you're into it, so is the banter that comes along with it.  While PvP may not be for everyone, for me, it's my reason.  Open world PVP is uncapped, so that's good, however, green off hands are super OP right now, especially when you have all other slots well-geared.  Green offhands cost about 3 billion at base and around 20ish or so billion to get to C19-20.  An item that is around 25ish billion silver (green offhand) outperforms an item that costs nearly 150 billion (V Blackstar) in PvP --- This, to me, is ridiculous as it is literally killing the need for high-tier, high-priced item.  At 297 AP green accuracy offhand, I am doing significantly more damage versus using my V Blackstar offhand -- to me, this kills my motivation even more.  When cheap items outperform very expensive ones. 

Why even grind?  Why even progress?  Everything's capped.  Cheap items are OP.  These devs, at times, makes me really wonder WTF they are thinking / doing.  As a vet, who fell in love with BDO for its long term progression, emphasis on gear PLUS skill, and PvP....all these things are dying for me slowly as I am losing sight of the meaning behind playing anymore.  Sorry, rant over.  Tears, continue.

720gs is not hardcap, altrough at hardcap it's not much to do yeah.

I never said it was hardcap, I simply used a GS which was previously mentioned.

And my idea is precisely that, at 720 GS, BDO can still propose things to do, though it may not be to the taste of every player, as Equben said and as PeaceInChaos developed.

In the end, the only thing which should not be said is that "there's nothing to do in BDO". Even if one do not aim at pushing every aspect to its limits, to be able to say "yeah, I think I've seriously tried everything BDO can propose to me" is a privilege that only a reduced number of players can really say. And you don't even need to be hardcapped or close from hardcap for that. 

Even if you have all gear maxed up there are plently of things yo ucan do. Including PvP and Grinding for fun. Only those two you can do until you get bored. Dont forget that the idea of the game is fun and relax.

Yeah there is nothing more fun than grinding in circless bashing literately zero AI mobs for hundreds of hours :D
