Please consider raising some of the deep ocean barter spots out of the water. If you do a run when there is a storm some of the barter spots are under water and are not easy to spot. Not only that, the amount of times my ships has been stuck on these spots recently is frustrating.
If anything, every suspect barter location should have the npc moved to the outside of the spot. There is no reason to place the npc tucked into a little crevice on an island or the margoria spots when you're expected carracks to use them.
Decrease the cargo weight to allow for new increased cargo exchanges in sea barter, goods weight to much at old levels and negates increased cargo acceptence at barter exchanges.

I agree with this and it is even harder at night during a storm. What makes it even harder is the poor localisation of the barterers on the map. Many times I am right on top of the icon and the barterer is nowhere to be seen, at other times I am anchored at a barterer and the icon is far distant. It has gotten worse since they shifted Haran during the Port Ratt changes.
