Dim crystals are rather hard to get. You hit a milestone and that's it, that's all the supply there is. I was hoping with the introduction of the crystals being separate from gear, and adding presets, PA would possibly refund crystals not kept or otherwise lost, offered everyone a coffer with a complete set or some such thought. This especially feels like an oversight with older players who did not keep 'useless' crystals to clog up storage for years and years. I got apprentice sailing sometime in 2018 or 2019 - I was really supposed to foresee the crystals would have use in four or five years? On top of all of this, these crystals can break, making an already limited supply of crystals even scarcer. Some lifeskills do ask players to kill monsters, disconnects happen and so shattering crystals happen. Please allow us to craft or otherwise obtain these crystals other than by a milestone.

Dim crystals are gone because they can only be obtained once per family and after adding a new crystal system, life skill players create builds where all crystals are dim crystals to increase the percentage of a given life skill.

So without a new way of obtaining these crystals, they will be unattainable forever.
