I just recovered my discord account and now i can't join BDO server what should i do?

I got click-baited last night and recovered my account back this morning, then i noticed i got banned from server, now whenever i click the join link, it will show "Unable to accept the invite", anyu ideas what should i do next? submit a ticket?

Hi there, you can try to make an alt account, join the server, and DM a mod to be unbanned. Or if you are comfortable with posting your discord name + handle, you can post it here and I can unban you on the discord.

Your account has not been banned from the official BDO server. It should be able to rejoin. However, if you had another account under the same IP adress that got banned, it may be preventing this account from joining. So please let me know if there is any other account you have that might have gotten the ban penalty.
