For some reason you decided to make these not match the rest of the set in any way. Neither the icon nor the in-game appearance match the rest of the Slumbering Origin / Fallen God pieces and it's honestly really annoying to me. I was looking forward to how clean the gear sheet would look with full Fallen God and Blackstar / Godr-ayed weapons. I was also looking forward to seeing a full Fallen God set in-game as I'd figured that eventually it'd look like an upgraded Blackstar armor set since the icons for Fallen God and Labreska seem to imply a somewhat similar design. I guess you just decided to toss consistency right out the window for no logical reason whatsoever.

Between this and the fact that Land of the Morning Light makes the gear we've spent countless hours grinding for mostly irrelevant I'm really questioning the management of this game lately. Is this an early April Fools joke and you're just pretending to be clowns or is clown part full time now?

Like I said in a Reddit thread about the same, to be fair, the odd one is Labreska's Helmet.

Fallen God's Armor at least made sense to look like Blackstar due to their shared origin (both are related to the eponymous fallen god) and are made by the same blacksmith, Dorin Morgrim.

Meanwhile, Labreska's Helmet has nothing to do with Blackstar Helmet story-wise and is not even made by the same person (Dorin Morgrim); instead made by Floki. They simply reused the Blackstar Helmet look when they shouldn't have.

In my humble opinion they should of had totally different skins than Blackstar period. It is very confusing though that "V" Blackstar's center chest gem doesn't glow like " V" Blackstar and they share the same skin.

I think they realized that people in full " V" Blackstar armor sets not wearing or purchasing any of their costume skins and we know they can't have that in this game.

I would still like to see this addressed.

This can be fixed really easy.

Godr Weapon appearance can be changed to Blackstar (Red Glow) appearance currently and vise versa.

A similar system could allow this for the gloves.

If outfit usage is the issue which i doubt since many are handed over for free during events then that can be solved easy as well.

A mechanic that allows to create Blackstar appearance outfit if you have the items.

I dont know what else to suggest. New Blackstar outfit?

Even then its an unnecessary complication to begin with.

Some people also like the new gloves appearance so that could be a new outfit or the herald to a new system similar to the forementioned methods for alternative Fallen God set appearances. I dont know.

Again unnecessary complication since people who prefer to buy outfit will buy outfit people that dont wont anyway.
