At least the practice mode. I don't do anything in this game anymore and am not really interested in the 1-hit-to-stomp experiences in Rbf and BA PVP. I just want the only equalized gear mode to return.
I bet the reason it's not back is that PA didn't want it to interfere with the release of their new region, which I would counterargue with:
1) Region is only out in KR and will not be out in all other regions for quite a while.
2) It would NOT retract 1-bit of interest from your new crap. Those that want to do boss rush or pve progression 24/7 are not the same people with those that just want to PVP (with equalized opportunity) 24/7.
3) New region content is time-gated anyway past the MQ - so...logic-chan where did you go?
If the reason is "We're creating changes and focusing on balance before returning it", I would counterargue with:
A) Maybe more live data from practice matches can help you do that better?
B) Maybe testing out new additions {Cough BSR Earings Cough} in a non-season Practice setting is better than doing it with the season (and hence ranking stakes) live?
C) Last but not least, you could just release practice mode in the existing version from the previous season and do your thing for the next one
If the reason is "AoS had such great traction that we're making another standalone game like Shadow Arena", then somebody at PA needs to lose their job very publicly.
Seconded, and it needs a separated solo and party queue, so that when you can only play solo you're not up against 3 people who're accustomed to fighting together to keep the odds the same.

I don't see any reason why we shouldn't have practice mode at all times, there is really no downside to it. Makes no sense why it is removed half the time.
If they want to rework stuff because they don't think it's balanced or fun it will simply not matter in a practice mode. If people are not happy with it, they are not forced to play it but those who want to can't now.
Agree, it's only content where u can play with equal gear ... now I have only RBF, but with 660 GS ... well we all know how it looks like 1 or 2 daily for 100 Ancienst Dust reward and never go again because it's not fun. :) PA must do something with RBF or with gear balance .. increase time to kill, reduce CCs duration, rework damage reduction and evasions, reduce effectivness of high end gear.. Everyone want to play this game being oneshotted, by a guy who play for 5-6 years it's not fun and only make people quit.

Actually the only reason why it's not dead content is that it's limited time only. If it would be open 24/7 it would lose it's scarcity value, and over time would be dead. It's already struggle to have enough players for proper matchmaking.

Artificial Scarcity strategies don't work. They are outdated economy strategies from the 1990s and 2000s {that PA is using to run their company} - that have since been proven to be false in various reproducibility studies.
The TLDR is:
1. Scarcity only works when it's real - aka there is logic to the limitation of the production of something. Otherwise, it just aggravates consumers.
2. Scarcity only works when it's permanent - aka NOT the way Aos is not available between seasons, or Competetive is available only at a certain time.
