I was doing the magnus quest just before the dragon palace mission my controller battery died so it was supposed to boot me to character menu instead it has booted me back to the game but under the map we're I instantly drown I don't want to even try revive at a safe area since I'm lv 57 and like 50% to 58 ,so can you put my player back on the map please ? otherwise their is a chance I could loose my progress and still end up spawning under the map under a safe area i was on my seasonal player guardian.

Also armor cosmetics should be class based or bound not character bound for players that have multiple of the same character

Unable to die upon launching game so carnt revive or drown myself so far only option I have is to delete my seasonal character at lvl 57 Which is money down the drain please fix

It's worse than expected upon launching game on seasonal character I am unable to die so carnt even revive to safe place or even drown I'm just stuck in a swimming animation  ,I'm also a season pass owner. 

Hi there, please press the ESC key and then press menu option called "Escape".

Also FYI when you die from fall damage, you do not lose anything. So there is no need to be scared :)

Thank you I really hope it works I was worried I'd have to delete my character which would of sucked since I've just got some items upgraded to pen as of today aswel 😅 

Sometimes weird bugs happen and we're blessed with the escape > escape method. If for some bizzare reason why you can't use it, you can always try using a map (won't work in magnus obviously) and at worse you can contact a GM through a support ticket. I've been playing since 2016 and haven't encountered a bug so severe that it couldn't be resolved with escape > escape though. So sleep easy knowing that =)

It worked like a treat (escape method) thankyou for the replys to both of you ,by chance is their a way that characters the same class to share armor cosmetics from the pearl shop I only ask because all my pearl armor purchases was on my guardian at lv 56 but I have another Seasonal guardian aswell at lv 57

As for sharing cosmetics, sadly this is not possible. Feel free to submit a feedback post on the topic to suggest this improvement though.
