Armor cosmetics should be bound to classes and not just character if I want to have 5 guardians they should all be able to wear the costume I've paid for unless I have traded it in for crons or on the market on one of the characters .

Why are purchases not saved on my account if I play d2 for example and I spend $100 on titan class armor cosmetics an if I delete my character I loose my guns and loot but if I make another character of the exact same titan class I can happily put my cosmetics /ornaments on that i have previously paid for no problem and comes to this game how has it been so many years and this never be changed ?
