From patchnotes:
- Changed the skill as follows:

- The hit detection for the attack has been changed to match the arrow's trajectory, and the damage of the attack rolls has been adjusted as follows. (The maximum range of the skill remains the same as before.)

- Increased the size of attack rolls applied per hit.

The range is now significantly shorter and you cant even reach Garmoth while standing on the edge of her smaller AoE circle while previously you could hit her from outside the bigger AoE radius. Since note states that range remains unchanged it has to be bugged.

Thank you for confirming that. I was testing changes the other day and Luthragon's Call just wasn't connecting at range, falling short of several other skills when it used to be the longest range of them all.
Also not sure what "match the arrow's trajectory" is supposed to mean, I assumed that meant the elevation problem had been corrected, but that wasn't clear in practice.
