Fairy not showing

Iv got a fairy named babyhope but it seems to be invisible and not be on screen with character ,I have selected to summon but nothing happens .
Any ideas or solutions would be helpful only thing I can think of is because I'm on seasonal character or the name ?

Thankyou ! just got back on and yep you was right 😊 would be something so simple i can build a fully water-cooled pc from scratch but carnt navigate a game menu 🤣
