A four-meal rotation takes 90 minutes to consume.  Please consider balancing meals so this can be done quicker via fairy yet not allow players to eat every meal if they wanted.  Maybe assign them groups like you have for the new crystal system to limit options but allow for diverse choices.

Additionally some way to remove your meal buffs.  Currently you need to be invited to AOS to wipe your buffs but this requires guild staff and dependence on others to do.  Cron meal overwrites normal meals too so if you have a cron meal you must wait for it to expire before beginning your 90 minute detention.

isnt that already done? the 30m debuf is only for health exp you can pop all food?

that's only cron meals i believe. other meals still have the wait time.
