[Feedback] Give to Chiro's Blueprint a sell price

Suggestions/Comments:

To create Carrack blue gear you need Chiro's blueprints, 10 of them per peace: sail, black plating, cannon, figurehead. Each of them has a specific node, they are extracted from. As they are exclusively used for blue gear, once you get to 10, any additional peace becomes useless and take the dust in your storage, as they can't be sold nor processed further. You could stop sending yours workers to those nodes, if they weren't also the ones that generate starlight powder, needed in big quantities to enhance this gear (each sunset black stone uses 10 of them).

Practically, that's mean anybody going for blue gear, will end up keep using those nodes way after (s) he reached those 40 blueprints, and keep staking them. They take workers, resources (+ food) and storage space with nothing in return, as they don't have any sell price, in opposite to starlight powder for instance.

An easy solution to that problem would be to give to them a small value / selling price. I would prefer something more original, like grinding (processing) them into starlight powder for instance, or being able to sell them for a few crow coins. There are numerous possibilities and anything other that the dead end we have now, would be an improvement.
