Garmoths heart is a very rare item and therefore hard to get. Players who already acquired their two garmoths heart for their fiery awakening weapon and fiery offhand shouldnt need to acquire another garmoth heart, just so they can apply it to their shais talent or a pocket watch.

Two possible solutions would be that:

1) When tagging the fiery awakening weapon of the donor class is greyed out (no money cost as it cannot be tagged) and upon tagging the tagged char receives the garmoth/karanda heart

2) Classes without awakening can get a blackstar pocket watch, which has the blackstar buffs and heart on them (shai is left out here, as there is no blackstar talent weapon sadly)

These changes would be easily implementable and slightly lower the demand on garmoths heart. People are able to use their hard earned blackstar awakening weapons and their already owned hearts.
