Since last season I have been unable to equip my pen tuvala necklace ,pen tuvala helmet and pen tuvala ring they show in my inventory but show no stat's atall for example who they was made by and game will not let me equip them atall I have done everything necessary to equip seasonal gear but no luck I'm able to equip my pen chest piece ,pen gloves,pen boots,pen shield and pen axe just not the others it's like they don't exist except as a thumbnail in my inventory .

PLEASE FIX I STOPPED PLAYING AFTER 600HRS BECAUSE OF THIS AND NEVER GETTING A REAL ANSWER ON WHATS GOING ON 

There's no issue, you should have a box to open from Season graduation (maybe need to talk to Fughar first) where you get reform stones with which you can reform your season tuvala gear into normal tuvala gear, allowing you to use it on your non-season characters.

Nope there's deffo an issue I can equip my other pen tuvala pieces and fugaar does not have any reform stones for me atall 

Even when you hover over the items they show blank and have no description atall

Hi, did you check your mailbox? Usually you should have a season graduation box in there. If you open it, you should get the items necessary to change it.

If not, please send a ticket, as support staff wont be able to help you with just a forum post.

If your equipment is not in a normal inventory slot but in a locked slot, you will have to move it to a unlocked slot first before you can do anything with it. Also, Tuvala from a previous season cannot be equipped on a current season character. They are different equipment that are converted after graduation. As Minarya said, please contact PA for more assistance or at least share screenshots of what you see because I am 99.999% confident it's not a bug.
