donghae office escapade, i am so lost as to what i am supposed to do, i made it once way outside the village, bot no quest completion, no directions, i am sorry but i guess i'm just incompetent, can some kind soul please tell me what i am supposed to do to finish this part of the main quest

The first stealth quest? That one in the starter town? If so you need to crouch under the porch close to the left of the spot where the two nps jumped over the wall.
Maybe change your settings to remastered, I had no indicators on optimal setting where to go.

For this situation, as Repko said, increasing your graphical settings and effects can assist you. The location you need to get to is opposite to where Dolswe escaped, still within the walls. There should be a dark light on the ground as an indicator. Once you get to the correct location, you will automatically move into the next cutscene where you will jump over the wall. As seen below, the player is on the wrong side of the wall.
