We'll be talking quest tracking icons that appear on the map, "M", here.

Issue: After the last change, you'll see all quest objective icons on the map. When an objective is completed the icon will still remain but get a red checkmark. There are a few negative things with doing it this way. First of all, in some locations (cities mainly), it just fills up the map for no reason. Second, seeing as it's a checkmarked icon it can easily trick players into thinking that there's a quest to turn in at that location.

Suggestion: Instead of replacing a quest objective icon with a checkmarked icon whenever an objective is completed just remove the icon all together and once all objectives are done then (and only then) do you add a checkmarked icon on the map at the location where you're supposed to turn in the quest.
