So, I did start this topic in BDO subreddit yesterday. Most of the feedback agree that the 5 time limitation of Black Shrine should be extended or completely removed.

But overall it's pretty positive. As for me I also give 10/10 to the story and the music.

- almost unavoidable AoE CC boss mechanics

- hard to get (16M magnus or 1 hour sail)

- hard to remember NPC names

- total PR failure from PA's side, our complains are ignored, we're literally shouting at storming ocean

- total dev/design failure to predict how their features will affect players (calamity spam)

- no responsibility, no solution

Im here for Energy and Knowledge, after I'm done I'll never return. Content will be dead in few months. If they will not disable onscreen spam, I'll close the account.

better story than 90% story quest

not crappy grinding quest like killing 150 random orange dots

evil dude have personality not just classic robot you just blind kill and dont care

same with other support npc, we have more them than with eternal winter quest

bad

is painful to go there and to quit this place, you swim or you pay the tax

when you complet the quest it is just you have nothing else to do and just back to velia

cities look really small, the place doesnt have equivalent to calphion, altinova, valencia

it look they have only 4 different npc, dude face look same, chick too have same face

we need more otter in best korea and turtle and bunny in calphion

Now that you mention it, there are a lot of NPCs in this land, and - where are they all staying? on the streets? In taverns? In the various ruins?

I guess that's consistent, the 'traveler' only gets two home choices too.

they mentione capital, but unfortunaly we cant visit this capital, maybe in 2024 ?

+ I loved the quests

+ Looks very pretty and well designed

+is super large new area to explore

+ fast travel with magnus, starter are or travelk with ship (or npc ship)

+ new crystals and gloves

- we need more houses we can life in

- Imperial Vendor when?

- we need at least 1 more well for magnus cause the continent is ust so damn big.

- no annoucement that they work on part 2 and rather work on mainland stuff again.

- nothing to do there after doing quests etc, beside hunting tbh...if we could get imp. vednors at least the lifeskillers would have a nice place to chill.

I really dont get how angry people can get, this Forum can be on the same level as the league of legends playerbase. For example, take this dear player.

- hard to get there? Who said it should be easy? Not like they give you a fast travel for some millions, we have averages of 800 mil/h who gives a damn, not like you keep traveling back and forth all day. Plus you can easily get there by ship if you have one or acTuaLLY eNgAgE wItH othEr plAyers OH NO. Even made the ocean smaller for you, no biggie.

Im really just for improving the boss rush more, for example remove or improve the weekly limit, cause i wanna do bosses regardless of having reached my weekly limit. Just like you can enter Atrraxxion even if you have finished it. Even though i wouldnt enter the dungeon a second time, but i would like to improve my time in the boss rush and complete the adventure log.

LMAO hard work, these cutscenes are literally either characters walking somewhere or standing still and using some emotes with maybe one or two exceptions. It's bare bones boring waste of time for the most part that bugs out more often than not same goes for the storyline that is filled with boring poorly written dialogs and activities that don't advance the story in any meaningful way. If someone enjoys that then good for them I guess but it seems like alot of people didn't. Stop being such an apologist for this company. If they want their work to be appreciated then they need to do a better job or cut on the content that most ppl are not interested in and put in some gameplay content that is worth coming back to, fun to do, not unnecessarily timegated and rewarding.

the "story" in BDO are the worst, badly written, bad acting, bad voiceover, zero interesting stuff, character arcs or basically anytyhing at all.

and the most cancer thing, PA has so incredibly low self esteem that they FORCE the cutscene shit onto you, no other game has to do this, they know it's shit but act like little spoiled brats "I WILL MAKE U WATCH IT" lmao
