I'm not sure how many would agree with me or if this has been suggested or not but I think that having the mining gathering minigame's little pickaxe (I haven't tried the others yet) be controlled by your mouse movement would be a good idea. Then you could just click on the lil red circles for the mining?

Just seems like it might be more fluid (not that it isn't good as it is, cause I really really like it, it's super cute!).

Seems like since there's a "reticle" to it, it'd make sense to control it with the mouse and click on each red circle, kinda like a FPS or a clicker (Forager, Cookie clicker) game 😁.

Harpoon minigame uses mouse so idk why this pickaxe minigame doesn't.

It would be great if we could use our mouse, for the mini-games where appropriate, yes. I'm just guessing; but I assume the reason why we can't is related to console release of the mini-games in future?

I think all the minigames were originally intended / designed for mobile verison. Having them locked into keyboard only feels like it was intended to be used with a onscreen 'controller' and not touch / mouse controls.
