Suggestions/Comments: It works this way with world bosses.  Unlike the other 'field bosses', people are usually actively engaged with RR trying to take it down as much as possible.  So on the rare event where ~5 of them spawn at once, that last one usually results in a lot of people sitting on server cooldown and no loot to show for their effort.

Please make it so that RR drops loot on despawn.

I agree; however, the "sitting on cooldown" issue should be solved soon by reducing said cooldown to 5 minutes. Also, any bosses should not despawn if they reach under a certain amount of HP (up to debate, I'd say 25%).
