We all crash, in guild, nw, rbf, game freeze random not at loading respawn like usual, if they want a log i can submit what they need, but they have to answer and ask, i play other games with 0 crash, only the game freeze and just sometime cause a bluescreen DPC Watchdog Violation, all that only with BDO

Elaborate on each crash, send a ticket with the requested files, and say in which situations it occurs. BDO having crashes is well known, but so is that they can have very different causes. If you want to find a fix for yourself or help PA find a fix for everyone, the information you provide needs to be precise.

Question is: is there any error log file i can submit? Since the last couple updates BDO crashes a lot more, mostly either after switching characters or server. I dont even get a error message it's just simply closing the game and that's it.

Hi, there are some crash logs you can submit. If you send a ticket, the support will tell you what information they need. BDO has some log files (for the launcher and the game itself), as well as update logs and an error compiler (not the technical term but what I call it). Since my tech knowledge only goes so far, it's best to be in contact with support to get exact information
