Move energy extraction function to Black Spirit

Suggestions/Comments:
Move the "Exchange energy for energy potion" function from Alustin and other NPCs to the Black Spirit. Many times characters are at a remote/difficult to access location (Oquilla, Hystria ruins, world bosses etc.) from where it is very hard to access an NPC that can extract energy. The energy recovering on them goes to waste after reaching the maximum. Black Spirit is available anywhere, anytime, giving an opportunity to use the excess energy.
Sidenote: a separate UI might be used for this function, where you can access all your characters to extract the energy from, so you won't need to swap a hundred times, easing the load on servers and maikng the process more convenient (similar to the recent node investment upgrade).
