My fairy is not using the inf mana pot from fam inv after the current patch. No issue with the inf hp pot.

I have noticed this as well. It was buggy on my characters yesterday and still is. I swapped the potions in and out of the bag on characters that had already equipped it in the fairy window. It helped for a while but it seems to stop working every so often still while out grinding (hp one).

I'll add to this, My Fairy isn't using my Ornette's Spirit Essence (HP pot) from the Family Inventory correctly either.

You have to remove it from the fairy potion settings and then add it again, there should be a little icon on your pot in the fairy settings which indicates that it is from the family inventory.
