Caught a pufferfish at a seagull location just off the coast of Illiya Island by the lighthouse there. I didn't get the title that comes from catching it. The event says to only catch one to get the title, however; I sold it to the imperial fishing delivery guy in Velia to be sure and still didn't get the title credit. Not sure if it's bugged or if the title is typical BDO 'catch until you get' things, but reporting it anyway just in case of bug.

I have also switched characters and moved servers to see if the title would some how trigger.
