So I just tagged a new alt and got it to level 49 easily, then transferred my fishing exp from my main fisher to this new level 49 alt.

Now I'm finding out I can't un-tag this new alt from my main because I have stored EXP from the tag, and I can't collect the exp unless I do the "To Level 50" black spirit quest to unlock PVP.

We need to be able to untag and forfeit exp.  I'll be submitting a ticket for the wasted pearls since I now have to create a new character to transfer the fishing exp to.

Why did you get it to level 49, though?  It will level naturally by fishing anyway.  That's how I originally got past 45 (which was the PvP level when the game came out)

Can you suicide to mobs until you are back at 0% XP then collect the XP?  Or are you that drastically over 50?

ended up being level 57..

i just made a new char and got another fishing exp transfer coupon (and submitted a ticket about the 1st one).

luckily i hadn't bought any inventory expansion 

So,

got a BS reply on my ticket.  They're claiming that since I ended up claiming all of the exp on the tagged character, transferring the fishing exp to a NEW character, then deleting the tagged character, that it worked as intended.

They did mention that i "should have submitted a ticket before claiming the exp" on my tagged alt.

This is the most BS reply I've ever heard.  I'm about ready to do a chargeback on my credit card.

Got another reply and they're escalating it.

Tbh, you made 3 huge mistakes:
- using your fishing coupon first
- leveling, with tag feature, a character meant to be 49 (and not knowing that you have to claim all xp (and when you pass a level, you need to claim rest before untag). killing wolves get you in 5min to 20.
- then taking action (claim rest of xp, untag and delete) once you were stuck. Because you have no grounds for a chargeback. they can give you a middle finger and you can't do anything about it. 

BUT
they should have helped you anyway.
you bought stuff, made a mistake, they help, everyone is happy (you paid for something you use and they get a happy customer).
it just shows how PA doesnt care about players: you paid, you used the wrong way but worked as intended, fuck you, buy another! lol

I think in your case, they may have had the ability to force untag your 49 before you claim rest of xp. Or they are just bullshitting you and would have said: you used coupon, worked, all good. Sorry that we can't help you more, it would be unfair to other players and create unbalance between you and other players. now "mooo" for us :D
