Keep sinking afk barterers toe, so PA add more restrinctions and penalties that affect to everyone who want to do normal naval PVP, yes all the karma ideas and those things you ocean pvp players hate? yep thanks it to griefers like toe for it, because of griefers is why all those gvg changes happened on land and eventually will be the why more anti pvp ideas will also happen at the sea too, and again just because these RP pirates just can't stop sinking lifeskillers ships, and the Panokseon need to be better in PVP than any carrack just because it takes more time and effort to get it atm, is like saying necklace deboreka shoulnd't be better than a laytenn duh.

he can do whatever he pleases if it makes him happy. i don't see the point in killing people at field bosses too but if it amuses him... why not? He creates his own content. You adapt. if you don't, then get rekt and don't blame him.
you don't want to get killed when afk, use 49. Easy.
No one wants to do normal naval PVP unless the game is fixed of it's bugs. How do you want to fight a ship that you can't catch or that is not where you see it? How do you defend against a ship that will storm you and blast from both sides?
i am frustrated too by sea content but he's not at fault, you are. And PA is too for making it that way. Only clueless people suffer from naval karma. 

More effort to craft panokseon? it takes double the time but it's way easier (and cheaper).
the only effort needed was not forgetting the weekly quest. The coins part was easy af.
i crafted it on day1, blue gear was ready the week it got released. The hard part was getting the blueprints from node. Enhancing was just throw coins at it.

the problem with ALL ships in BDO is they are very similar and whatever ship can be used to do whatever. There is no significant difference. Only a few players will see the diff in the way they use them.
What if Volante was way faster than all other ships?
What if Valor was way powerful than other ships but almost no cargo?
What if Advance was a real cargo ship?
What if balance was really balanced?
What if Panokseon was a better balance designed for ship fights?
What if Galleon was a super ship craftable with 4 +10 blue carracks but with very reduced pvp damage (while being top PVE ship)?

People go for volante because it is the balanced ship and you can't kill what you can't catch (i always laugh at those videos where you see people sailing in circles shooting at each other for 10minutes landing one shot every 2 minutes). So now that panok kinda can kite, that 12s is not bad when you fight another willing ship. The key in all fights is the speed (and how fast you turn to use both sides of your canons). if you can't catch the ship you want to fight, there is no fight.

if you want to nerf Panok, why not fixing the damage of all carracks to make them as intended so they don't deal same dmg?
Seems fair... Volante has more speed, Valor should have more dmg, no? i'm sure, you will say no ^^
Players most often want what's good for them and will give them the upper hand over other players.

My point is: there is no fair PVP (because of p2w sailors and skins, settings + impact of hardware on sea gameplay) and pvp requires 2 willing ships with similar gear/speed. Otherwise, it's just a slaughter. Sadly, there is very little skill involded in ship fights (i mean the fights were you have an unexpected encounter with another hostile ship with similar stats, not when 2 players decide to 1v1, and neither when you fight a ship leveling sailors). The only times i had mass ship fights was on organized events and it was funny (for the stronger ones), but messy as hell.
Wait for first mate, and you'll see how panok will be OP. if it applies stats on sailors... the difference will even be bigger.

So far, what i noticed from panok is that:
- 12s CD is horrible when you come from valor
- Rations go down crazy fast (increase, or have fairy autofeed them or whetever system to autofeed)

- weight is low due to cabins making it very bad for bartering

- must have purchased sailors (but tbh, no real sailor only has 10 sailors)

His only good side is if you want to PVP (which no one does because of the state of the game).
For PVE, it's the shittiest ship of all.

No, for PVE, Advance is the shittiest.  For bartering, Panak is the worst.

I'd probably go a different way, and make it the best pvp ship. Reduce cargo LT to it's worse than galleass for bartering. Increase rations, increase durability, increase cannonballs. Give it a -pve damage modifier and +pvp damage. Give it a reason to exist. Of course, fix all the bugs too. It's unlikely they'll make any changes to it though, and who knows when they'll even get around to fixing the bugs.

Using nol and still losing fight is just skill issue at this point, its not that panok is OP

Out of all the OP stuffs like P2W sailor slot, P2W skin, and especially nol being imbalanced gap to access ocean pvp, choosing to complain about panok is cute lmao

Toes: Panok is too OP, please nerf
Also Toes: *Proceeds to abuse Nol to kite all the way to Margoria and repair at LotM*

Clearly balanced and intended mechanic

Advance is probably the best of all because you can do everything with it:
king of barteging (90% of sailing content for most players), still very fast (not that far from fastest ships), can kill stuff even if cooldown is slow.
For me Valor is the most usefull as it excels in what i do: pew pew while still being very fast and able to carry enough. While Volante is just fast, the CD on canon is bad (close to advance) and can't carry that much (less convenient than valor).
Panokseon is the crappiest of all because cd, rations, number of sailors, weight, etc. it's good for nothing i do.

People want pvp ships when there is no possible pvp.i would get if players asked for stronger ships that can os monsters...

Don't blame the player, blame the mechanics allowing it.
Players will always abuse what they can to get the best of the other. It should be up to PA to fix content and not act as if nothing and give more broken content each time.
