I haven't seen any fair fights on non arsha servers except aos (yes, I mean all I've  seen while lifeskilling were toxic ppl that once they were red they HAD to kill that lifeskiller...it's like that was the pk whole live or die situation...attacking somebody because it's fun only for the attacker)

Griefers were here before the update but now pk toxic ppl joined them and others who didn't liked the pvp update so now they're more than before.......

You can also use a cheaper set of crystals... you are not required to use bis if you fear of breaking them (2023 and breaking crystals is still a thing.....other mmo have taken that out years ago)

Having fair pvp would be with someone around your level, not with the 1% of the highest geared.

I just gotta say the BDO is one of the cheapest games per hour of gameplay that I've ever played --- and one of the most fun games to play per hour of gameplay. Sure, you've got to grind and whatnot but anyone that looks into this game or ANY other MMORPG before playing it knows that grinding will be something that's just part of improving in the game.

I did the math... I'm almost at 5000 hours. I would say I've spent around $500 on this game... from the tent to weight to a permanent horn to some outfits that I REALLY enjoy while there are others I regret buying but at I could turn them into crons to other miscellaneous stuff... $500/5000 hours of gameplay. That's 10 cents per hour. Cheap and fun and just in one and a half years, there's been so many improvements to when I first started. 

On the other hand, I have paid $80 for some games that give me may 50 hours of gameplay before I win... the replayability is low... and in the end, I felt feeling like it wasn't as good/fun as it could've been. $80/50 hours! That's $1.60 per hour of gameplay. 

Anyways. This is a good game overall and you get a pretty good community (guild and forum and twitch) to talk to. There's always something to do and I rarely get bored. You might think it's pointless... but there are many others who'd disagree and I bet you're still playing. Just like any other game or entertainment --- if you don't like it, then stop doing/listening/watching/reading it.

How did you get "I want to kill life skillers" from "there are no fair fights"?

If 2 people are grinding at a spot it is assumed they are equivilant gear, unless the spot is a treasure spot.

It's like the mere mention of PvP causes severe PTSD in some people, or something.  That or a misplaced sense of justice.  Either way, it's a blatant strawman argument (twisting your words) and a very obvious ad hominem attack (attacking the person instead of the argument).
