Payment wall has to be the worst when it comes to support. Even Nexon is better than this somehow. I've submitted screenshots over and over trying to figure out why I can't make any purchases and their responses each time have been in intervals of 5 days each. Paypal doesn't work, using my card directly doesn't work and when I used my bank directly with PayPal it goes through but guess what it's stuck on pending and they took my money. I've tried every single option as to asking GMs multiple times on the matter and it just leads to them telling me to go to Payment wall and be in this infinite loop of slow bad support with bot responses. I don't even want to ask for a refund at this point as it might ban my account( seen other ppl had that happen to them). I just want my Acoins that I paid for.
