you forget to add penalty for leaving when you try to rejoin in order to switch team.

Here is my example, in last 3 years,doing RBF every single day for a daily quest, every single day every time first time i join RBF its 100% lose team, no matter what's happens, even if team lead 1k points its still going to leave, because players dont play to win, they play to smash button.

And now you going to team lock players, wanna know what's happens ? Now i'm going to do RBF on gearless alt so those bad boy kill farmers gonna carry me over.

Add kill based RBF or change rules, people who just farm kills destroying goal based RBF.

They are making it so that you cannot just leave and rejoin until you get on the team you want.  Youre entire beef is invalid.

Yes i understand what they doing, its not what i'm saying. What i'm saying they fix symptoms, not the problem.

Why do people rejoin ? Because your team sux, why its sux ? Because there is: AFK/Low gear/People that don't do points at all, they just fight w/o cap/def points.

I'm aware that they added "GS included to balance it", i'm 99% sure its already in work for long time, what its means  exactly what i'm ranting about - some players will be just dropped in team with AFK/low gear players to balance them - aka go ahead and carry those bunch of AFK/low gear vs players who active = its impossible in BDO, especially with insane class disbalance ( they said nothing about balancing classes in teams). And in the end you getting exactly same reward as AFK player in your team.

P.S. As unlinked accounts i'm pretty much sure you are the player type i'm talking about.

enter rbf naked - get appointed to stronger team

swap gear on  - profit.

i dont think that's how they plan how its gonna work ( its how it working now tbh, to swap you have to change your gear). I think their original plan was "they would check out what gear you have so you could not do what you saying but here is lots of problems (for example gathering/hunting armor still counts as better body armor than fallen god).

Once again stronger team doesn't mean they actually going to play for the goal.  Also what's going to happens when player join  at begining, leave, rejoin in the last minute. Unless they plan to change RBF to queue system and its won't start until its have 60players ready,so its will never  start anymore.
