Ive noticed that for the past few months every time a new/"seasonal" outfit comes out it has the same message in its description "this outfit cannot be registered in the central market", did they mention why on an update or on a stream? because i dont understand what good this change do since selling outfits is something some people do on the regular to stack up on silver.
i mean it's pretty obvious?
people that want the costumes have to buy it while people that sell costumes dont have to sell that costume
people that want the costumes have to buy it while people that sell costumes dont have to sell that costume
what the **** does that even mean?

I was confused as well, I'd rather just have the money than crons, at this point.

Its so that people that want the outfit for the looks have to spend money, instead of just spending silver.
People that want crons can just buy costumes with silver or can spend real money.
People that want silver can sell costumes to the people that want crons by spending real money.
Since the people buying costumes with the intent on selling for silver are still going to do so at the same rate, and now people that want to have a specific outfit for the look have to spend real money instead of just silver.
Since there is almost never a time where costume orders are not up PA now gets EXTRA costume sales by forcing real money purchases.
what the **** does that even mean?
people that sell costumes (for silver) dont HAVE to sell that costume
people that want the costumes HAS* to buy it (with pearls)
