Since the removal of the Declare War System, there is currently no way to combat someone that decides to run it down on you / grief you.

Frequently, individuals or groups, run around just trying to feed people to Monsters.  Others simply begin grinding "your Spot" without any interaction. This happens everywhere, but is especially prevalent in the new Dark Seeker's Retrat.

Since both Guild Masters have to agree upon the War and most Griefer Guilds have "Reject all Wars" enabled, there is no Game System in place to Combat this.

You have NPCs allowing you to search characters, further enabling those that want to hunt you, while there is nothing you can do about it. 

These players know, that there isn't anything you can do about it, hence they don't put much thought into it.

In those situations, you are faced with two decisions.

1. instantly leave and accept that they are abusing the Systems, that are meant to protect players, to protect themselves. As they cannot receive punishment for their behaviour

or

2. you take on the Risk of going red by using the Forced PvP (ALT+C).

The Punishment of going red, is severe and the loss of karma vast, hence you have a maximum of 2 kills before going red. Even with reduced Karma (sub 300k) you still have an increased Risk of loosing Crystals (if you were to die in PvE) untíl you build it back up.

On EU, the controversial "Duel for Spot rule" is widely accepted, while it benefits stronger players, it is generally a quick way to fight / defend a spot "honourably". It basically saves everyone sometime. However, these aren't as common anymore due to the 5min Server CD and people now refusing the Requests regularly. This was also something birthed from the "removal" of the War System, as they face no consequence for refusing / dono walling / just grinding your spot after they swap to your current Server. 

Solution:

1. Return the War System but individually handle targeted harassements through War Declares (Tickets / past History)

2. Only Enable ALT+C while having Gear and Crystals equipped. This way, griefers have to take shared risk, which should deter most if you don't allow BMC or other low silver crystal presets to count towards the ALT+C requirement.

3. Disable ALT+C on none NW / Siege Servers and Arsha. Since griefers would only be able to "grind over you" / agitate you to leave the Spot. Overtime they would just loose Interest due to not really getting anything outside of some borderline attention.

4. Add 3+ hr Marni server daily (you interact with a UI that allows you to select the Spot and you get teleported into a Realm. That way, people that want to PvE in peace can do so and can swap to Marni whenever they are confronted by a griefer, if they were to grind more than 3hrs on the day / on a regular.

Those may not the best Solutions, but just providing some that came to mind. 

TLDR: people are abusing the Systems that were put into place to protect players, to protect themselves from receiving punishment for their behaviour. This needs to change as you lack the Tools to deal with it.

Grief has always existed with or without guild wars.
the mob feed has always existed with or without guild wars
stop justifying everything with the absence of guild wars
Especially when we know that those who grief / feed mobs are in the vast majority a PVP players "the famous victims lol"

I have to ask:  Do you think being able to dec on a guild so you can kill a single player over and over again until thei leave a grind spot was ever an intended mechanic? 

If yes, why have a karma system to begin with?

Just put a 4 hour timer on one sided guild deccs, and put in 4 day cool down timers

On EU, dfs is definitely controversial. But not "widely accepted".

But yeah, again and again, the idea is the same : we simply need better owpvp rules.

Just because they removed the guild war from the game I ve been taking spots from people by feeding them to the mobs making them lose billion worth of crystals and it feels so good. I never feed people to the mobs but I started doing it because of the snowflake approach from pa and because of the player like you who failed to play a game that's made for children... You would do a favor to this community by quitting this game.

There were already rules for pve guilds. If you are a guild that doesn't declare war then your guild status because undeclarable. And even if you are a guild that is declare you still had guild protection that is protects you from guild wars. 

You are angry and wrong.  My guild never decced anyone and got perma decced by a stalker of mine for 15 months.  I don't agree with the complete removal of one sided deccs, but please don't insult our intelligence by claiming that there was no bullying.

If only there was a way to maybe flag up and kill the idiot griefing you.... maybe one day they will find a way to implement the fix.  Til then the snowflakes got what they wished for 🤣

I haven't had any change in people grinding over me.  Then again, I talk to people as they approach.  The attitude you demonstrate here is the type that got us these changes.  I agree that PA went too far, there's no need to fabricate massive numbers about people over grinding or to be rude here
