Fishing rod pvp soon. Who needs gear? Just whack eachother. But, even that might be too much for people. Remove all end game gear, remove BA and anything remotely pvp. So their "majority" will happy and PA will see record breaking revenue. Because that's the "majority" they keep referring to.

IMO they should raise the PvP quest level, but make certain nodes bypass that quest. Make it so that in order to go past 61 you have to do the quest. But if you go into any grind zone you can be attacked. If you go to into the great ocean where sea monsters are you can be attacked, but if you are not in the great ocean and pvp is turned off you can not be attacked. Then also any level character to use the ship's cannons.
I would set it as any node that drops caphras or has a 200+ AP recomendation to grind would bypass the PvP quest.
I feel that getting past 61 you are no longer a new character, and thus if your character is running around in the open fields, they should be fair game. That should solve the "I just want to life skill in peace" and "How do you prevent players from griefing grind spots if they are PvP immune and not an instant kill for mobs in the area" debate.
