And that's your totally understandable way of playing the game, but not the only way. There are group spots, though there are not a lot of them, and even in solo spots you can try to call friends when faced with an aggressive player.
So now you continue this discussion in bad faith. More so when there is only one under 590GS group spot in the game. While the other solo spots severely punishes players for grouping up.
Honestly the day you stop trolling discussions like this. Will be the day we can sit down and have a actual discussion. As of now this is getting old and boring now.
I think it would be a nice, not only they should have PVE server I think the game would be much more social if they reduce servers and put people into PVE server together. For a long time now people focus entirely on grinding and want little interaction with other people I mean not just server or group chat but actually seeing other players in the game.
And that's your totally understandable way of playing the game, but not the only way.
And now you just understood why pve channel.
That's not
Yup that's not the answer with argumentation regarding why pve channel would be detrimental to BDO. stop try to buy time to not answer.
And that's your totally understandable way of playing the game, but not the only way. There are group spots, though there are not a lot of them, and even in solo spots you can try to call friends when faced with an aggressive player.
Nice way of dodging my question! Just how much time do you spend percentage wise grouping with other players, not counting node wars and siege? I would guess close to zero since you side stepped my question, rather badly I may say!
A couple of days ago at the farming area near Velia there was some jerk going around killing the afk farmers and other low levels. He was bragging in General about his 600+ GS, while killing mostly afk people with about half that. He also claimed that he was just "defending his rotation".
His "rotation" in an area where the highest level mob is a Grass Beetle??
So one of you pro-owpvp folks explain to me who was having fun there...
It was fun for one of my guildies because, he went to hunt him. And he kicks his ass with 540 GS... Guess Fearless wont believe that.
As I understand he was just PK, but many PKing lifeskillers to gain the resource. Those are not PKers, those are PvE players. You must understand that PKing is not act from PvP players only. Its from PvE players and Lifeskillers too.
So yeaa not every PvPer is griefer, PvE players are too. Also Arsha is full of people, not like other ppl try to lie here. One things bothers me too. Some people complain that cant grop up to be safe from PKers because they loose too many xp/silver, but its not a problem to grind 5 ppl one one spot. Hypocrisy ?
The current situation on servers shows how flawed BDO PvE is. You cant have optimal use of scrolls or bufs with so many people. How can you make it optimal ? Yes PvP. Simply because thats the way the game is working. So again we are at the point when a PvE server to work spots must be reworked. Or it needs completly new game....

Vel, guild missions, party at trees, groups to help guild members to made hardest quests, grouping for PvP for spot or griefers.. and more. There a group activity too and they are not little. And good things is that PA is adding more. Yes some punish you but MMOs are not about gains only. The funny part is that there are so gready players that if PA add PvE servers with -50% drops the flaghaters will be farming on Arsha. Yes Arsha is full of flaghaters, some of them iven call it PvE server because of the bonuses...
And why after adding a PvE content now, everyone is runing from it ?

"There are group spots, though there are not a lot of them, and even in solo spots you can try to call friends when faced with an aggressive player."
My exact words, and not far from what you're saying too. And to solve a spot conflict, nothing's forcing you to do it alone, even on a solo spot.
You see me" trolling" simply because you misread my posts.
And now you just understood why pve channel.
Because of egotistical desires?
You have your choice, but not the way you want it to be. Many lifeskillers do not have any problem because they smartly use game mechanics, and those who want to regularly make the high level pve in BDO know that it comes with owpvp.
And besides that, we have a small bunch of lost players unable to bring a correct and solid reasoning, complaining that they don't have their own specific version of the game.
Argue and prove, woots, we've been waiting for far too long. Well, if you can, because you seem to be out of words and you can only (laughably) attack me. Lol.

Because I usually don't answer to stupid questions, above all when this question comes from a obvious themeparkish bias, but if you really want to know : between 25 to 50% of my active playtime, without NW nor siege because the schedule does not fit my playtimes.
Even if it is not the perfect sandbox, BDO still allows us this freedom to group or not, progress alone or not. But staying alone is not mandatory, it often is a habit.
And as it implies players' interactions, you have to accept the idea that you may sometimes be not 100% efficient in what you're doing.

I am never 100% efficient and could care less about min/max. I play a game for fun not for worrying about efficiency . I will leave that for my real life tasks.

Hey, like me, buddy! ^^
Now, if you like percentages, small question : in your daily fun on BDO, which percentage of your active playtime is done solo due to your own personal choices?

100%. I am not in a guild and I do not have any friends in the game.
