You can't go anywhere even now 2 weeks from the end of the season on the Seasonal server and not run into someone grinding over you, then flat out ignoring you when you try and say anything.  I can't comment on Olvia because I haven't had access since 2018 to that server.

Its season where you are farming season things because season tells you to xD now multiply that by the other thousand doing the same season shenanigans.

That would be a valid arguement for the first week maybe 2 of seasons, at this point that excuse is a flat out lie because just about everyone should be finished with Seasons by now.

No. Whatever you say, creating regular pve channels will impact pvpve channels by removing some well geared players who will be able to peacefully grind as nauseam once they set up their perfect rotation (path of least resistance). These well geared players will not be part of the pvpve anymore. 

And you dare to say that it won't make things worse? That's selfish.

You may prefer pure pve, that doesn't mean you have any inherent right to get it. Above all of it means degrading the fun of others. 

Been reading this old thread and I 100% agree with the PvE stance.  I have been murdered so many times on my Shai that I think being a Shai is like an open flame to the murderers.  I can't even go hunt in spots to upgrade my gear as I was told by a PvP'er (yes, I actually talk to them to get into their mindset) that I need to learn to fight if I plan on keeping my spot.  I said I am a Shai then was told to go change to a PvP class.  Anyone with a sane mind realizes that statement is asinine at best.  Now what do I do?  Not much as I await Seasonal so I can play without being murdered.  IOW, I am hanging on by a thread to this game.

The Karma system in BDO is a joke, and with the artifacts+lightstones just made that an even larger joke.  Kill a mob or two, and wash away your sins, pfffft.

One thing that I did learn about the stupidity of the PA devs in designing this game came from a person who murdered me.  We talked for about an hour as he had my spot with not a single thing I could do anyway so let's learn something, and learn I did.  I asked him why would you kill me (btw, it always happens so fast I can't even react I am just dead before I know what happened) instead of forming a party and we could grind together for stuff as they do in EVERY SINGLE OTHER MMORPG I have ever played.  I was told there is no way they are going to waste hundreds of hours for something only for it to end up in my hands instead of theirs.  Yeah, I found out from my guild leader that is how PA set it up instead of the normal way other games do it where the loot is generated at the moment the corpse is looted so if you have a party of 5 the loot is generated five times as each person, or pets here, "open the corpse" to loot it.  Basically the devs get off on hurting people and making this game a non-party system except for a select few zones.

Let me say this that on one of their live streams recently they laughed at how hard, and punishing, the RNG is in this game.  They laughed at our misery with that so what else are they sadistically laughing at us about?  I lost all respect for PA when that happened, so I just toss this PvE stuff on the dung pile along with the rest of the nonsense PA does to hurt its players.  Sadists I firmly believe they are.

This game advertised as pvp and pve in balance.  The end game is pvp for sure.
as for ranking system (mostly pve ranks) for pve is easy to reach for casual/afk players. on contrary , the pvp ranking is hard to hold.
it's Bad idea to divide the community into pvp and pve. you will kill the world pvp scene if you keep diverse ways to avoid pvp.

Core mechanic of this game is to show off ur skills and enjoy the drama that results guild vs guild in world pvp, and to limit that to crazy lvl as it is now, with safe zones and safe spots is hurting the players. we need more pvp content in world pvp.

 

solution already there and implemented ! change channels ! get group of people protect you or better fight them and show them whos the boss.
-training horses afk popular inside major citys and safe spots. no need to divide players more. you will kill the pvp scene.
