In-game Collaboration.

Most popular mainstream games have them and it’s always a great way to get new people into the game. Example: Dark Knight and Nier. Zelda and Rangers.

Do an outfit collaboration vote with the community.

Diverse themes, genre, or identity. Look at league of legends and K/D/A, odyssey etc... Adding additional themes to the game and different weekly immersive events. You guys have a great foundation, but nothing built. For example: new important updated world bosses different and unique to each major region.

Kamasilvia vs O’dyllita you could make a cinematic that gives an outside viewer a fill for the game’s lore. Make it all connect.

A pve siege so to speak. Imagine the players making parties and be able to do waves of bosses with each other that got stronger with each stage as the player progressed and getting a ranking for it. You could do an event changing the type of mobs. Group Competitive Pve so to speak. 

Let the players be more immersive with each other. Adding a marriage symbol or title to family name of couples who play the game. 

Make a sky, underground, ocean, and magnus civilization. 

Give a reason for people to want to have gear.

Remove red players penalties such as crystals and gear down grade. On normal servers only, make it to where all red players cannot tear up and go stright to jail in valencia upon death and cannot use a fast travel method(other than compass, and horse) of any kind, longer timers to swap servers, and upon going red you automatically reach the negative cap at -10mill karma.

Make town gaurds extremly powerful and 1 shot read players. It will be extremely inconvenient to go red especially if thier horse is dead. 

Red players are healty fo the community it gives people a reason to want to get more gear open world.

Red players will have to be geared and experienced or risk having to go all they way back to jail. Awarding hard core players.

I would have upvoted your post for everything except about red players. They have too much penalties as it is despite that they are part of the game entirely. Being red is a way of life for those players and it's already harsh as it is. I'd rather have a better system to interract with them more often, a bounty system, pvp system, wars between blue and red players...

I won't downvote it either because I agree with everything else. Only the red players part I don't agree with.

how so? Red players lose billions apon death. vs just sending them to jail. 5 to 10 min give or take for a red player to come back if they have a dine and if compassed they can reapear all togeather. NO penalty such as losing gear. Or what if each region or certian regions had a jail where only red players could spawn.

Not capriciously banning players who flag and kill people would be a good start.  I agree with much of what you propose but not the red player part.
