Get the fuck out of here, the user has submitted a bug which has not been acknowledge in any way whatsoever by PA. It needs to get attention.

Seriously, I wonder if this user also told Valkyries to quit complaining/stop counting the weeks endured with their guard skill broken (Strong Defense). Just a bully... most likely deem your discovered issue as not important enough to their own playstyle and therefore invalid.

Oh a 2 year player that managed to chenga the latest 3 characters upto 61. Yes tell us again some more about the game please.

Week 11: the res options are still broken and the issue still hasn't been acknowledged.

Oh dear another player that likes to insult other forum posters. Birds of a feather and all that stuff. 
By the way this is not my only playing account, it is just the one that the forum chose for me. My main account is on NA but I see no reason to change what our illustrious game devs decided to use for me as it has no bearing on anything at all in regard to replying to threads in a forum. You    could have read the whole thread before jumping  on me because I also wished smiley luck in getting any kind of a reply. I will suggest that if I pop in again in a few months he will still be waiting sadly.

Week 12 of no fix and no acknowledgement.

This bug has been going on for more than 13 weeks without getting either acknowledge or fixed.

Week 15: bug still present, Pearl Abyss still absent.

Week 19: your customers are still missing loot due to the bug you introduced on top of an inappropriate loot despawn timer.
