Did you like ... ever send any ticket with the intent of reporting a bug ? When you do so they tell you to post on the forums.
Then please tell me how to keep this topic updated in a way that would please you.
Week 20: this bug still hasn't been either fixed or acknowledged.
Week 25: it's been almost half a year since this bug has been introduced.
Do I need to remind you that it has been 6 months your customers are missing loot and can't use the res items they paid you good money for.

I told you months ago that you would not get an official response in this thread. I am sorry on your behalf that I was correct. You need to just accept that there is next to zero care from the forum team and move on.

How do you think bugs get fixed and QoL get implemented, do you even think before you type.
By your logic posting anything is useless. I want this bug fixed not in 5 years hence I keep this topic updated.
Furthermore there are topics that get official response despite your loser narrative.

Are you that obtuse? It is quite obvious that nobody that could fix this problem visits these forums. You would have been far better served to keep updating your original ticket with Pearl Abyss.
You also should know that they were just fobbing you off by sending you to a dead useless forum. I say it is a dead forum for two reasons, the main one being a lack of any interest whatsover by any official, the other being that fact that there is only fifteen to twenty people active in this forum at all.

Must be why some bugs and QoL took years to come therefore what you believe is obvious might not be so obvious.
Additionally, the fact PA doesn't answer much in the forums doesn't prevent them to read and take feedback into consideration.
