I heard that life skill will be shared among the family coming up sometime in the future. With that said I would like to know how are you guys planning on to do this. Will you take the highest skill of every category and put that in use or will you be adding up the skill exp among the whole family. IE like say for gathering you will add up all the gathering exp aquired by all the family members and then use that as the family skill. The reason I ask is because I spent a lot of time getting many characters to master 1 gathering so they can get milk better. If your not going to be adding up all the exp aquired among the family but just use the highest level that a single character in the family has then I will feel like I wasted a lot of time and effort.
As someone who doesn't give a hoot about grinding and only plays for lifeskilling, I would love to see this question answered.
Wife and I are in the same boat. With the announcement being made by PA, it has severely impacted our game now because they haven't told us anything. We now either:
1. ONLY lifeskill on our highest character ( if they are going take the highest life skiller )
2. Life skill on any character ( If they are combining all character EXP )
3. Not life skill at all because we don't know jack!
And we only life skill so #3 is kind of not an option. So PA is forcing us to "possibly" waste our time depending how they impliment it.
We NEED some information PA!
I suspect we will get the info, when PA puts in on global which will cause 1 of 2 things to happen either people will be scrambling to buy life transfer coupon things or scrambling to sell them to people who do pay attention to global.
If they won't combine all characters' lifeskill experiences, this would be an absurd decision that would make many people quit.
