Currently TET Deboreka accessories are dominating most adventurers' build with the 3-Set effect "All AP +12".
I'd say Tungrad accessories deserve a set bonus as well, as it has already a full set of its name implemented in game.
As the Deboreka accessories become more acessible in-game, the value of Tungrad accessories diminish over time, especially the silver value of PEN.
An example of Tungrad set bonus can be 4-Set effect "All AP +8".
I don't hate this idea. Another option would be to make it a 6-set bonus to give that last 20% BSR. 200% skills are already so gated (or just bad) that it wouldn't be overpowered, the AP loss over other accessories would mean it would rarely be used, but it would add a bit of fun and let solo players use 200% skills without giving up decent artifacts/lightstones.

I like this and Suplinar idea. I think tungrad are a bit underpowered to me in my opinion maybe. I love this set. c:
I'd take it further and add:
Tungrad - +8 ap 3 set / 20% bsr 4-5 set
Accuracy Accessories - +4 Accuracy 3 set / +6 ap 4-5 set
Wild (Narcs, Distovaha, Crescent, Ruins, Basilisk, Valtara, Ogre, Layte) - +6 ap 6 set
I wouldn't add anything to defensive accessories because they are already quite OP in hybrid builds as they are. More diversity for damage is good for the game.
I would also switch the AP from deboreka from normal AP to monster AP, cus 12 is already too much stats for any stat in endgame pvp.
Id prefer they just remove set effects entirely, as they inherently limit build diversity.

There is no "build diversity" in BDO.
Any build diversity that BDO had died in 2018 when they rolled back the Reknown Score system.

As you mentioned, 200% BSR skills are already gated, so it would have a limited interest. Maybe for occasional roles as a BSR feeder in NW?
An slight increase in BSR % regen, along with 10/20/50% BSR for succession (and obviously, with a adequate balance), would seem better to me.
(and I like the idea of needing comrades to reach 200%. Yeah, I may be kinda old school in some situations! XD)
instead of boring AP increase, tungrad set can provide "5-10% extra BSR dmg"
Before they nerfed 200% bsr to have a 30min cd that Tungrad set bonus would have been decent. The bonus now feels outdated. Maybe instead of making the bsr guage 180% it could be changed to something like the buff duration and efficiency from bsr is increased by a certain percentage. That could keep the spirit of the old bonus with out needing to be a copy cat of an existing accessory set.
