BDO server lag problem

BDO has server lags often and its horrible. Enemies dont get damage, they kills me instead. I lost many crystals because of that.
I play many online games and I play just fine because my internet is very good.
Its the problem at PearlAbyss's end. They don't even address the issue!!!
Fix it if you really care about user.

Since they moved the servers to central my ping has gone up from 160-180 to way above 200.... Why cant we have more than 1 server location....
